JOB SUMMARY
The JITRI Co-op Education primarily focuses on coordinating the cooperation between universities and companies, aiming to bridge the gap between academic talent development and the talent needs of businesses. Through this collaborative model, Co-op education provides students with practical opportunities, enhancing their professional skill development and improving their employability. This model not only helps students integrate theoretical knowledge with real-world experience, but also allows companies to engage with potential talent early on, injecting new vitality into their development. We are looking for an intern or coop student to assist in the development of an internal career management system. This system will enable companies to post job opportunities, students to apply for positions, and administrators to manage the process. It will also include a Co-op student management feature to efficiently track and update the status of students during their internships. The project will be built on our existing JITRI information system platform. You will gather and communicate requirements with internal and external technical development teams, as well as track the project progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This intern opportunity will provide the intern or coop student with hands-on experience in system development and project coordination skills.
1.Research and analyze similar career management systems to identify key functionalities, including student management functions.
2.Define and write clear technical requirements for internal and external development teams.
3.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the requirements meet user needs, particularly for student status tracking.
4.Track development progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
5.Assist in testing and refining the system to ensure optimal functionality
6.Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  1. Familiarity with information system development processes
  2. Basic understanding of web-based application user interface design and software development workflow.
  3. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  1. Previous experience in information system development and project coordination.
  2. Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable requirements

Education: Undergraduate students in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.

Compensation and benefits
  • The monthly salary is RMB 6,000
  • The company will provide complimentary 3 meals daily
